My most recent ACEO painting was inspired by a newborn fawn Kevin and I observed out our front windows. While we watched, the fawn's mother led it across our driveway into the safety of the woods. It was by far the tiniest fawn either of us had ever seen, all ears and wobbly legs. We guess it wasn't more than a day or two old. It was the sweetest thing ever! No painting could capture how precious it was ... but I tried anyhow :)
