Another Snow Day

Today, was yet another day of snow for us. Right before the sun went down, the sky turned a pretty mix of light pastel colors that gave the snowy trees a fantasy-dream world look.

Bone Chilling Cold

Today the sun rose over a frigid cold, snowy landscape. When I awoke, it was just 7 degrees outside. The morning sun was brilliant and it's golden glow wondrous. Even though it was so cold, I stepped out on the porch to get a few photos of this chilly, but beautiful morning.

Wintry World

Today, we awoke to a winter wonderland. Our world outside was enveloped in fluffy white snow ~ the second snow of the winter season and the first for us this year. Snow continues to gently fall, but we don't expect much more accumulation ... just enough to give everything a magical, wintery touch.

Sparkly Sunday

A sunny day in the 50s in wintertime is something to write about. We've had a long string of mostly gray, somber days, and today the sun shone so brightly … such a welcome sight. It was definitely a sunny Sunday!

Happy New Year 🎇

The first day of the new year looked wintry, but it was warm ~ in the fifties!

As we take flight into the new year, may we go forth boldly with courage and conviction, and keep our highest ideals of peace and love for all ever in our sight. May happiness and good health keep us going strong, despite whatever troubles may come our way. Best wishes for a wonderful 2019!!!
