The Deep Freeze Continues

Temps have not risen above freezing here, so ice is still an issue.  Our resident wildlife are coping the best they can with the chilly, slippery conditions.

Frozen

The iceman cometh! Along with crystalline ice that encapsulates every branch, bud, and blade of grass, we are ensconced in a deep fog tinting everything outside an eerie silvery gray.

Sunny & Shimmery

It remains cold today, but the sun is shining brightly.  Yesterday's coating of ice still encapsulates berries and branches. The sun makes everything sparkle and shimmer.  It's magical!

Icy Cold
