What a beautiful morning today! As the sun rose through the trees to the east, its rays created prisms of light in a rainbow of colors. Raindrops still lingered on vegetation from yesterday's storm. The droplets lit up like sparkly diamonds in the sunshine. The zinnia garden hummed with activity. Several varieties of butterflies flit over the flowers, and a juvenile katy-did perched in a blossom.
