The Day After

 
We got about eight - ten inches of snow yesterday. Today, the sun was shining bright again. At times, it was almost blinding outside as the sunlight reflected off the newly fallen white blanket of snow. It was warmer today, too...not icy cold like it was with the winds gusting and the snow falling yesterday. It was a good day to get outside, roam around, and take a few photos to post!

Today, we saw our first snow of the season. It always looks so pretty when everything gets layered with powdery, fresh snow!

CHRISTMAS!!!

Today, we decorated our tree. After we we done decorating, our cats took turns lying underneath the tree. They were so good, no ornament batting or climbing capers. Keeping our fingers crossed!

Early Morning Visitors

 
It's always fun to see our resident deer. A trio of does were in our backyard early this morning, just after the sun came up. They sensed motion when I started taking a few photos and quickly moved on their way, but not before I was able to get a couple of nice pictures to share!
